SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed on our website are processed & shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have placed the order during the weekends or holidays, your order will be processed within the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include the tracking number for you to be able to track your shipment.

DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery period is as follows:

Hong Kong/Tai Wan/Macao SF EXPRESS:2-3 days


ASIA: 5-15 days

US: 5-15 days

UK: 7-21 days

Europe: 7-21days

Rest of World: 15 to 21 days

Ship by SF AirMail: 7 to 21 days

Average delivery time may vary in cases of situations beyond the control of the courier (e.g Customs Clearance, severe weather conditions, government lockdown, movement restriction policies, etc).

We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

TAX, VAT, IMPORT FEES
Be advised that the price on our website are non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other shipment clearance costs which may apply, depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the buyer.

INSURANCE:
Charismaleathertools provides insurance coverage for every watch we ship out.
Please Note: You may asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mistyped address, refusal to pay import duties when requested, or provided address that could not be delivered to)— are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Charismaleathertools to initiate a tracer within 30 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Charismaleathertools, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Charismaleathertools will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Charismaleathertools to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Charismaleathertools within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
